Get to know our Staff!

Patricia founded Temporary Resources in 1980. The name was changed to STAFFING RESOURCES in 2000 to meet the employment needs of the Permian Basin. She adapted business strategies to cope with the difficult business environment of the economic Boom and Bust of the oil-based economy and has adapted these buiseness strategies to the needs of the Basin.

STAFFING RESOURCES began with one staff employee and a base of twenty temporary employees. Since that time, through her leadership, STAFFING RESOURCES now employs five full staff members and a temporary base of 600 plus staffers. STAFFING RESOURCES is one of the largest employers in the Permian Basin!

Patricia is active in her community, having served on the Board of the United Way of Midland for 15 years, and Member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce. She is also Past President of the Permian Basin Association of Personnel Consultants (PBAPC) and now serves as Director.  Member of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) as well as a Member and past President of BNI (Business Networking International).  She currently serves on the Board of the Life Center. Her passion and favorite hobby is Ballroom Dancing. She recently accomplished her lifetime Goal: To visit the Holy Sites in Jerusalem!! A must-do trip for every Christian.

Fran joined the STAFFING RESOURCES team during its first year of business. She is an expert in the personnel field. She has been with Staffing Resources since 1981. She daily communicates and relates to business owners of large and small companies to provide the SOLUTION for all your staffing needs. Fran has an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Secretarial Services. She also has received accreditation from Texas Association of Personnel Consultants and has served on the Board of Directors for the Permian Basin Personnel Consultants Association. She volunteered her time at the Crisis Intervention Unit (CIU) from 1997 to 2003.

Debbie comes to us from our sister city, Odessa, where she worked for another Staffing Service in the payroll and accounting department. She truly believes in the concept and ideals of STAFFING RESOURCES and is our liaison between clients and employees as our Marketing Director and Account Executive, making visits to our clients and potential clients telling them what a great team STAFFING RESOURCES has. Please welcome Debbie's bright shiny face and friendly attitude when she comes around to see you! You'll know you're working with a company who really "gets it."

Martha is the first generation in her family to graduate from Midland High, and wants to pursue a degree in Accounting.  She is a full time student at Midland College.

Martha is the sweet voice that helps us answer phones and is also in charge of doing our invoicing and payroll; she is the one that has checks ready for our staffers on Wednesdays.  Martha helps process applications by doing background checks, processes references, and sets our applicants in our database.  

She likes to achieve her goals and help others.  Working with Staffing Resources has helped her care for others and appreciate what GOD has to offer her!

Alicia worked for STAFFING RESOURCES previously for about five years. She left to enjoy being a full-time grandmother and part time babysitter for her grandchildren. Alicia came back in October of 2007 working part-time as our receptionist. She greets clients that come into our office and answers the phone. She sets up appointments, processes applications by doing background checks, processes references and sets-up our applicants in  the database.
